Doug Koenig Wins RCBS Rumble

The 2023 RCBS Rumble, a premier event in the Precision Rifle Series, drew top-tier shooters from across the nation to compete in 18 challenging stages that tested their skills, precision, and adaptability. The second annual match was held August 12 in Pleasant Hill, MO.
