In no event shall Nammo Lapua Oy / Nammo Vihtavuori Oy be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without any limitation direct or indirect for personal injury or death, business losses, or any other pecuniary loss arising out of the use of or inability to use this software. Nammo Lapua Oy / Nammo Vihtavuori Oy does not take any responsibility of storing or backing up data saved by the customer in the Vihtavuori Reload app.
