Dan Lomas 4th overall at Bisley’s Short Range Challenge

Congrats to our sponsored F-Class shooter Dan Lomas (UK) for taking silver in Match 2 and finishing 4th overall in The Short Range Challenge at Bisley last weekend. This national event consists of matches at 600 yards and serves as a start to the competition year.

“This year, there were 5 to 20 mph winds moving from 10 o’clock to 2 o’clock leading to some really interesting and fun conditions. This was a real test on technique and components. Any shot that wasn’t perfectly placed on the waterline was punished and points were easily dropped. The load of Vihtavuori N150 I use was performing perfectly from the frosty spring morning of this competition even though it was developed with the height of the British summer. The temperature stability of the N150 is great and I am confident going to the world championships next year in South Africa will give the same stable results.”
