Henkilötietojen käsittely
Henkilötietoja käytetään Nammo Vihtavuori Oy:n / Vihtavuori Powders 100-vuotisjuhlien järjestämistä varten. Osallistujien nimet voivat näkyä tapahtumien aikana välttämättömissä asioissa muille osallistujille. Nimitiedot luovutetaan osallistujaluettelona tapahtuman tiedotusta, ruokailuja tai muita tapahtuman järjestämiseen liittyviä asioita varten niitä hoitaville tahoille. Tietoja ei luovuteta EU- ja ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle. Tietoja ei luovuteta markkinointitarkoituksiin.
Rekisterin tietosisältö
Rekisteröityihin liittyvät ilmoittautumistiedot tapahtumaan sisältävät mm. seuraavat tiedot:
- Henkilön etu- ja sukunimi
- Sähköpostiosoite
- Mahdolliset ruoka-aineallergiat ja erityisruokavaliot
- Mahdolliset muut huomioitavat asiat
Säännönmukaiset tietolähteet
Osallistujan ilmoittamat tiedot sähköisellä lomakkeella tai muilla tavoin.
Rekisterin suojauksen periaatteet
Tietoja säilytetään teknisesti suojattuina ja rekisterin käsittelyssä noudatetaan huolellisuutta. Rekisterin käyttöoikeus on vain Nammo-konsernin -, tapahtuman viestintäkumppanin CoComms Oy:n -, sekä tapahtumajärjestäjä Factor Nova Oy:n palveluksessa olevilla määritellyillä henkilöillä, jotka tarvitsevat tietoja tehtävissään.
Rekisteriä ylläpitävillä henkilöillä on salassapitovelvollisuus.
Tarkastusoikeus ja oikeus vaatia tiedon korjaamista
Jokaisella rekisterissä olevalla henkilöllä on oikeus tarkistaa rekisteriin tallennetut tietonsa ja vaatia mahdollisen virheellisen tiedon korjaamista tai puutteellisen tiedon täydentämistä. Mikäli henkilö haluaa tarkistaa hänestä tallennetut tiedot tai vaatia niihin oikaisua, pyyntö tulee lähettää kirjallisesti rekisterinpitäjälle. Rekisterinpitäjä voi pyytää tarvittaessa pyynnön esittäjää todistamaan henkilöllisyytensä. Rekisterinpitäjä vastaa asiakkaalle EU:n tietosuoja-asetuksessa säädetyssä ajassa, pääsääntöisesti kuukauden kuluessa. Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus tehdä valitus henkilötietojen käsittelystä valvontaviranomaiselle.
Tietojen säilytysaika
Henkilötietoja säilytetään niin kauan kuin on tarpeen rekisteröidyn tekemän ilmoittautumisen ja siihen liittyvän tapahtuman mahdollistamiseksi sekä tapahtumaan liittyvien jatkotoimien, kuten laskutuksen ja palautteen keräämisen mahdollistamiseksi.
Tapahtumaan liittyvien tehtävien suorittamisen jälkeen kaikki tapahtumaan liittyvät sähköiset ja paperiset henkilötietoja sisältävät dokumentit tuhotaan lukuun ottamatta valokuvia ja niihin liittyviä tietoja.

Arrangements for Nammo Vihtavuori Oy’s / Vihtavuori Powders 100th anniversary celebrations events
Processing of personal data
The personal data in this register is used to organize the 100th anniversary celebrations of Nammo Vihtavuori Oy / Vihtavuori Powders. The names of the guests may appear to other participants in necessary matters during the events. The information will be provided as a list of participants for the means of communication, catering arrangements or other needs related to the organization of the event. Data will not be disclosed outside the EU and EEA nor will it be disclosed for marketing purposes.
Information content of the register
The registration information related to the guests for the event includes e.g. following information:
- The person’s first and last name
- Email address
- Possible food allergies and special diets
- Possible other issues to consider

Information provided by the participant in an electronic form or otherwise.
Registry security principles
The data is kept technically secure and the register is handled with care. Access to the register is restricted to designated persons employed by the Nammo Group, the event’s communication partner CoComms Oy, and the event organizer Factor Nova Oy, who need the information in the course of their duties.
The persons maintaining the register have a duty of confidentiality.
Right of inspection and right to request correction of information
Every person in the register has the right to check the information stored in the register and to request the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information. If a person wishes to check or request the rectification of data stored about him or her, the request must be sent in writing to the data controller. If necessary, the controller may ask the applicant to prove his or her identity. The controller will respond to the customer within the time limit set by the EU Data Protection Regulation, generally within one month. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint against the processing of personal data with the supervisory authority.
Data retention period
Personal data will be kept for as long as is necessary to enable the data subject to register to the related event, as well as to enable the follow-up of the event, such as billing and the collection of feedback.
After completing the tasks related to the event, all electronic and paper documents containing personal data related to the event will be destroyed, except for the photographs and related data.
