Vihtavuori Reload app update: New features for your load development
The Vihtavuori Reload App has been updated with powerful new features designed to enhance load development and performance tracking.
This latest update brings expanded test data recording, improved analytics, and enhanced usability — giving you more control and deeper insight into your shooting results. If you are new to the platform, you can read more about the Vihtavuori Reload App here.
Add test shooting results directly to your diary
You can now log test shooting results directly inside your diary entries by activating “Show Test Data Inputs”.
To enable this feature:
1. Open your saved load in Diary Entries
2. Tap the edit icon
3. Scroll down and select “Show Test Data Inputs”
Each diary supports up to five different loads, making it easy to compare performance variations within the same session.
Enter multiple velocities per load
For each load, you can now enter multiple shot velocities. The app automatically calculates minimum, maximum, and average velocity, and also the standard deviation (SD). This provides a fast and accurate statistical overview without manual calculations. In addition, you can record group size and upload a target photo.
Everything you need for structured and reliable performance analysis is now integrated directly into your workflow.
Improved reloading data tables and filtering
The Reload Data Tables have been significantly improved and now include advanced filtering options. You can filter reloading data based on manufacturer, bullet type, bullet weight, cartridge overall length (C.O.L.), powder type, load weight (start or max), and velocity (start or max). These enhanced filters make it faster and easier to find precisely the data you need for your specific components and performance goals.
In the Main Tables view, you can also access your account details, submit load requests, send feedback on existing load data, and ee when new load data has been released.
Customizable measurement units
In Settings, you can now customize your default measurement units to match your preferred system, ensuring a smoother and more personalized user experience.
